I wanted to change my blood elf's race to a night elf, but instead of buying the faction change I bought the race change and it doesn't work for me. Is it possible to refund that?.

Hello. Nameplayer: Xasterias (BloodElf DH) from 100x realm. The race change still on my character because I bought wrong the service (race change) and it had to be faction change.
