Donated wrong item MoP x5

I accidentally bought the wrong item from donate vendor and want to ask for a refund or if it could be possible to change it with the item I wanted to buy


I bought https://www.wowhead.com/item=42952/stained-shadowcraft-spaulders but I wanted to buy https://www.wowhead.com/item=93862/supple-shadowcraft-spaulders
they have the same icon so I got confused

I am not sure if my level has increased , I am still level 5 and stand infront of the donate vendor and didnt played anymore because I wasnt sure if I should play more. Also I put the item in my bag and not wearing it
Its also the only character on this account
