i did not get my token

i have donated with Ansend payment system (as u see the process in picture) on 11:30~12:00 GMT Sunday, May 4, 2025
Everything was fine just like the previous two donations and I saw transaction complete so it lead me back to Uwow website and i saw token in my balance account.
so i logged in to game but there was no token added to my balance account , I checked the website again and it wasn't there either.

Oh, its my brother account ( mamadnica )
we both use same pc and apparently i logged to wrong account
his balance acc is 1360 right now, can u fix it please ?
