Race change

Hi I bought 400 tokens so I can change my race to human but since im horde I didn't realize that a race change is only restricted to horde races I then realized that what I need was a fraction change install so I was wondering if I can get my 400 tokens back since I didn't know that a race change is restricted to horde only races
