The achievement ''Check your Head''

I have been farming the required achievements for ''What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been'' which I have collected all but one. The one that I am unable to complete is ''Check Your Head'' from Hallow's end. I am unable to obtain this achievement due to the fact that the required item ''Weighted Jack-o'-Lantern'' is not rewarded from the quests (''Stop the Fires! or ''Let the Fires Come!'' which are not working at all this year where they were working last year) or dropping from the headless horseman in the event dungeon on legion-x5 (seeing it constantly drop for legion-100x is so painful ). Last year I made a bug ticket in game about this which was answered with "They do drop from the headless horseman''. So now I would like to ask if the achievement ''Check your Head''could be added to the donation store as a means for me to complete ''What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been''.

Thank you very much. I just realised that due to my frustration the comment came out sounding kind if negative. Which not really fair seeing that all other required seasonal achievements are working and these achievements were added is WotLK and Cata while it is a legion server. I personally play a lot of the older content instead of the legion content. I very rarely encounter issues and if I do than they solve them selves over time. I am having a great time on the server and appreciate all the work that is being put into it. The frustration that I couldn't complete the achievements last year was certainly softened by the addition of the Endmire Flyer Tether.

I thought that adding this achievement to donation store would be the easiest way to solve the issue but if another solution is easier (like adding the ''Weighted Jack-o'-Lantern'' to the Hallow's end currency shop) that would be just as good. I just really want the pink proto drake .
