I would really like to get a confirmation if the class changes will be permanent? because battlegrounds are full of mages, i play feral and drop faster then a mages shield and do no damage. if the class changes are permanent ill just roll mage.

Tried completing the quest 3 times, could not loot Claws of Ursoc. No window poped up, nothing.
