Achievement: Heirloom hoarder.

Hi my name is Felplauge and i have run into a problem, where i cannot find a solution, i have contacted the staff via bug report but nothing ever came out of it so i am now making a forum post hoping that i will get the help that i am in need of. The problem with the achievement is the fact that i have not gotten my heirloom mount, despite having over 35 pieces of heirloom, i have also gone over to the Debug Masta and bought the item not once not twice but three times. none of those times did it ever appear in my collection, even after relogging, it still didnt appear. I do not know what to do, please help me staff.
