Bought wrong item with same name.

i bought the wrong item on my character, they have the same name but one is a tabar and the other one is a shirt [Magic shirt of red lines] )i bought it thinking its a shirt but its a tabard. could it be changed for the shirt version by any chance. Character name is Prideless on legion x100
