Bug Quest throwing Shade

Hello.

While doing the quest "Throwing Shade" in Mcree, which is part of the Argus questline, you are stealthed and must walk with Alleria through mobs while picking up some quest items along the way. About half way through, Alleria will stop and after some time disappear. I have talked with other guild members that have also experienced this but for the, she has shown back up at the end of the path a few days later. I have tried everything and have been stuck on this quest for over 3 weeks now. I have relogged, abandoned over a dozen times and tried everything I could to complete the quest. Nothing has worked. she does not show back up for me once she disappears.

I've attached multiple screenshots to include the quest start, and Alleria stopping on a hill (this is where she stays until she vanishes).

Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide.

i RECEIVED and in game mail from gm suggesting i try abbandoning quest , closing game , deleting cache , and try the quest again ... i did this things but receive the same result stock in the same place and disssappears after some time

You need to leave the party, cancel the quests again, delete the "cache" folder and do it again
