i'd like to know if is it possible/allowed to trade/sell a character from a uwow account to another uwow account.

Hello. The exchange of characters or accounts with other players is prohibited and a permanent ban is issued for this. It is also forbidden to give access to your account to other people. Transferring characters from one account to another is not carried out.
