My colleague from Legion told me that you can transmog both of these swords and they are identical because of your class. Are you sure that you can't use it to transmog?

Sadly you can't return transmog if you can use it. The duplicate thing was a happy exception for you.

There is a special transmog NPC in the capitals. Did you try using it? Usually custom items are transmogged only through this NPC

What legendary are you talking about? The custom items are NOT legendaries
