Faction change

Hello, i bought faction change token from website but once i log to customize somehow i autocomplete
(maybe i missclicked somewhere) i didnt change anything
I was blood elf (horde) now im still are blood elf (horde) change disapear, i wanted to go void elf (alliance)
can u do that for me?

You can change to the void elf only if you can create a character of this race on your account.

You must complete quests on Void elf any character of the alliance on acc

i already have void elf (priest) in the account 110 level even
i want to transfer my mage as i said just had misslicked when customize to change faction
and just saved the old character (so my mage stayed the same) horde>horde (same race blood elf before was blood elf as well)
i want to move it to alliance from horde

Can you please give screenshots of your character before "change faction" and after, so that we could see that nothing changed. It will be easier and faster this way. After that we will give you another change faction)
