I cannot log in in legion x5

I cannot log in legion server. I was logged in earlier today but now I constantly get "you have been disconnected" before i even get access to my account. (My internet connection is fine). SS in attach. I had the same problem yesterday. Im losing the weekly streak to be logged 2h daily. Will i get that time?

I lost my weekly streak on my characters: Skeberis, Lestal and Amorthis. I am expecting compensation.
