I cannot log in in legion x5

Yesterday (30.12.2024) i couldn't log in the legion x5 server. I was logged in earlier that day but after 19:00 ST I constantly got "you have been disconnected" before i even get access to my account. (My internet connection was fine). I had the same problem on 29.12.2024 but i managed to do the daily 2h (i lost the streak on 30.12.2024). Because of that problem i lost my weekly streak to be logged 2h daily on 3 of my characters in legion x5, Skeberis, Lestal and Amorthis. I am expecting compensation.
