Lost donated item

Hi,

Yesterday, after the reboot, I lost an item I bought a long time ago. I tried to log out and in multiple times since some mounts also disappeared, but after the first relog, the mount went back, but the Ren´dorei mantle didn't. I log in today to see if I got it back, but nothing has changed. The item is not even in my bags, nor in my mail; it just disappeared.

I will attach some pictures to show you the item, my bags, and everything.

I just got it back, but it is not showing up as in the picture, and other items are not working such as tabards
