hes not taking more than 3 sec stuns without having DR

Hes not having DR and hes not taking 6 sec or 5 sec for orc stuns he only takes 3 sec stuns..

here is a small clip of showing clearly that in my gladius hes not having DR match just started and hes taking a 3 sec stun instead of 6 or 5 for orc..

No violations found. You can see on your Gladius that, aside Hadriness, this Druid also possesses Relentless - before patch 8.0.1, those abilities did stack together, hence why they also do stack on our Legion realms. Naturally, this severely reduces any stun effects (at the cost of having a trinket)

In any case, there were no violation found. This player did leave your match, but not before the first exchange of blows, at the very least. Further replay reviews shown such to not at all be a consisten behavior of their's, and that's the end of it.

Игрок на арене бегал рывками с небольшим увеличением скорости , причём замедления ему были не помеха , так было несколько арен подряд , явная имитация пинга но при пинге так персонаж не должен так передвигаться. На протяжении видио особенно в конце где пал под замедлениями рывками легко сокращает дистанцию это хорошо видно.

Бан 30 дней. По этому (ссылка) и другим матчам видно, что хотя пинг нормальный - игрока сразу останавливают контроли - именно использование замедлений часто не оказывает эффекта.

3. После словесной обменом не дружелюбными сообщениями и выяснением отношений, данный персонаж начал сливать игру, помимо оскорблений в лс, на проке арены, абсолютно не дамажил\афк.

По реплею (ссылка) видно, что игрок просто ещё учится играть в пвп и просто часто теряется. В других реплеях игрок себя ведёт похожим образом - иногда лучше, иногда хуже, но это не систематический отказ играть и такое не наказуемо.

he didnt exchange any blows he just left the match even if he hit once then leave isnt this Intentional arena drain. Refused to play?

As I've said, yes - they did leave your match mid-game, but you can see here (link) that it happened way after your first exchange and after they've decided that the match was a lost cause. It does not qualify as an attempt at wintrading or "intentional arena drain", because the very next match (link) this player plays is a proper 8 min back and forth, nor was it a showcase of systematic unsportsmanlike conduct - all of which are punishable by our rules, mind you, but neither of which apply to this case.

Вот (ссылка) боя этого рыцаря смерти против вас, который произошёл чуть раньше матча на скриншоте, а вот (ссылка) боя сразу после. Систематического неспортивного поведения тут не замечено - вы просто друг другу не понравились, он отказался играть один матч с вами вместе.
