Problem with premium feature after faction change

Hello there. I did faction change on 03/05/2025 on Gorgoth from Kul Tiran to Mag'har orc and after that the premium feature "teleport to class hall" is missing. I wrote ingame TT i got the answer that i need to finish the class hall campaign again. I started the chain quest but the npc that i need to return the quest [Return to the Broken Shore] is missing in the class hall. Can you help me?

Hello! First, try to correct your character in your personal account. Then try to complete the quests again. If that doesn't work, there is an NPC in the capital of each faction who can help in some situations. He is usually located at the entrance to the capital.

Hello. I tried to fix it from the npc located in Org, and even tried to redo the quest, but the npc (Danica the Reclaimer) that i should return the quest is still missing. Screenshot in attach.

The nickname of my warrior is Gorgoth on Legion x5. The thing is i have already finished my class campaign as alliance, and after i transfer to horde, i get the starting quest for the class campaign [Return to the Broken Shore], but i already have all the benefits of my class hall (the class mount, all class champions are 950 lvl). The only problem is that i dont get that premium feature to teleport in my class hall. After i finish the quest [Return to the Broken Shore], the quests needs to be returned in the warrior class hall, but the npc is missing.
