purchased level boost with max artifact weapon

I purchased a level boost with max artifact weapon for 1500 coins. I never was able to retreive it even after logging out completely and loggin back in. What do I do?

Good afternoon. I don't understand what you were trying to recover? When buying a character for 1500 coins, you get a character with artifacts, but you must upgrade the artifact yourself
