Race change refund

Hello!
I purchased a race change to change my human dk to a void elf death knight, without knowing void elves cant be death knights. It was my mistake cause i didnt read this limitation on the character creation screen, so i am wondering if i can have a refund of the tokens so i can use them on another servive/item. thank you! <3
