Refund Tokens

I bought the Sandstone Drake vial for 700 tokens knowing it wont be soulbound because it didnt say so in the item description in the vendor store.
But it seems its soulbound can i get a Refund please because i already and still have the drake

Tokens had to be on your account right after the mount removal. Did you get them?

nope i didnt still on 2300 tokens has to be 3k

Last time you donated 3000 tokens (2500+500). After that you donated two items for 1100 and 700 tokens. That means that there should be left around 1200 + something that was left on your balance.

After that developer returned 700 tokens, there should be 1900 tokens + the leftovers from previous donations (if my calculations are correct it was 421 token)

Are you sure that you didn't forget that you donated a custom item for 1100 tokens 3 days ago?
