I have been farming the required achievements for ''What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been'' which I have collected all but one. The one that I am unable to complete is ''Check Your Head'' from Hallow's end. I am unable to obtain this achievement due to the fact that the required item ''Weighted Jack-o'-Lantern'' is not rewarded from the quests (''Stop the Fires! or ''Let the Fires Come!'' which are not working at all this year where they were working last year) or dropping from the headless horseman in the event dungeon on legion-x5 (seeing it constantly drop for legion-100x is so painful 
). Last year I made a bug ticket in game about this which was answered with "They do drop from the headless horseman''. So now I would like to ask if the achievement ''Check your Head''could be added to the donation store as a means for me to complete ''What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been''.
