I tried searching the WoW shop as well as the donation vendor to get this item, does not exist in any way shape or form, blue variant, You have the other versions, Raid finder, Normal, Heroic. But not the Mythic version, i'd love to pay for it but unfortunately trying to find out that this item doesn't exist.

If you want only transmog, you can go to your collection, set the options for items that are not aquired and get them,
