English. Items "refund?"

Hello.

Recently (2 days ago i made a donation on Celdris Legion x100 nickname. Iwas wondering, i have donated 6 wrong items (neck, trinket, relic, boots, 2x rings)... I'm not asking for a refund to spend the credits on anyuthing else, i want to donate the char with same slot items just with different stats. than items on those slots, I also donated extra stats which on most of the items are wrong, since didnt see 20% cap (yeah...) is it possible to reset those and refund the credits?
Its a full 991 char with 1 extra trinket. I hope you will understand me.

You ask for a refund of stats because they are over the cap, or because you do not like them and you just want to collect another cap?

+ I also doanted 2 legendaries, which i am not proud of, but i undrstand that i wont be able to refund those
I would refund the entire character if that was possible ( which i hope it is) and donate full other class, if that is possible then beast.
I am over the cap on avoidance because I missed the 20% message. i dont want to reach different stat cap, i want to build additional one by donating more in the future.

About the stats, there is whole lot of mistakes i did not calculate to donate, thats why im asking for all stats to reset ( u can leave the relic slot, i will be donating it for every item anyway)

My avoidance is 3788 as i told you, stupid calculations at 3 am in the morning. I dont want to refund the stats to go full other stat. i stil lwant to keep the 20% avoidance, but instaead of having 3.7k i can go for 2.2k as you mentioned above.

I can only offer you a return of avoidance from 4 items. That's, the rollback of bonus stats and a refund for them (if the system allows us to do this). The rest of the items and bonuses I can't return, because these aren't erroneous purchases. There is no full refund

I agree to the stats reset, but i would also like to replace this trinket with riftworld. i was donating from memory from previous server where things work differently with stats, as mentiooned couple of posts above. im donating full different set for the character, it would be a waste to donate extra trinket and disenchant this one......
