So sometimes when i phase into dungeon my inventory goes all away i cant use any items i have in my bags, but when i relog they return sometimes requires multiple relogs, however some items are sent to me via mail and they become duplicate, and end up taking space in the mail like this. but i already have these items in my inventory and i cant seem to get rid of these in my mail and they keep taking up space in my mailbox pls help
