I have bought 2 relics 985 for 1400 tokens and they are gone from my inventory and tried applying to my weapon and they disappeared.

What artifact? You've got a problem with your artifact too? Can we deal at first with relics?

Sorry if I have confused you. My only issue is I purchased Arcane Artifact https://www.wowhead.com/item=152027/gravitational-condensate?bonus=3610:1472 and when I applied to my weapon it disappeared it did not work and I purchased another one for 700 tokken https://www.wowhead.com/item=144463/shard-of-kaldorei-stained-glass?bonus=1826:1476 but this worked can I have a refund for 1st relic that when I purchased did not work ?

or can i get https://www.wowhead.com/item=152291/fraternal-fervor?bonus=3610:1472 this
