When I transfered my account from legion x5 to legion x100, I had two legendries equipped and when this happened every class hall upgrade i had was reset, including the one that gave me permission to equip two legendries, and so with that happening, one of my legendries has been deleted from my character

Hello. What is removed from the character during the transfer then comes to the mail. I need a nickname, if it does not come after a day, 1) the character's nickname 2) from which world to which it was transferred 3) if the nickname was changed, then the nickname before the transfer and after. And also check your mail, because all legendary items come there.
