Missing pet.

today I bought a pet called Murki tyrannical spear. I have learned that pet BUT I did not get it to collection. I cant find it.
I do not know what should I do. May I get some help please ?

Hello. Please see if you have a filter set in the collection. You must have promotions enabled.
If this is enabled, please send a screenshot of the pet being grayed out in the collection.

Hello, I just checked it twice, ti be sure I am not ... "bad word" But no. Nothing is there. Promotions enabled. Not collected as well but I am not sure it will show up. It is something like Elite pvp transmogs, that are not show in the collection.
