После ввода логина и пароля выводит ошибку (BLZ51914003)

Добрый вечер, после ввода логина и пароля выдает ошибку

Возможно проблема в том что с одного ip играет два аккаунта, так как когда жена выходит со своего акка я войти могу, но одновременно с женой войти в игру не дает возможности, раньше таких проблем не наблюдалось

I have same problem since yesterday , yesterday morning i logged in after i can't log in, i corrected all of my characters, redownload the game, the launcher... I tryed every single tips, with wtf folder, i tryed to logging it on my other accounts. Nothing works i have no more idea..

Go to the site, in your personal account, correct the character. Then enter the password and where you write it, change the access point to pl. In the selection of worlds, select a proxy server.

I corrected my character still blz51914003
btw, what you mean change tthe access point to pl.? when i try to login in to ingame say that blz error code instant i cant choose realm or something
