Refund of 985 items on November 26th

Hi,
On November 26th there was a black friday sale (30% discount). I wanted to refund my 985 items from alts to spend them on another character. Unfortunately i was in the hospital due to a growing cyst in my kidney, therefore i was unable to attend the game and couldn't refund my items like i wanted to. Is there any way i can refund them now? As i was going to do it anyways?
