Transfer problem to x100 from x5

Hello,
I just did a transfer to x100 from x5 with my main.

Since there's not a single message to warn you in your site (https://cp.uwow.biz/character/transfer/realm) I made the transfer thinking there would be no problem.
But I lost all the gold I had, if I had known about that, I'd give all the gold I had to another characters in x5 before transfering my main.

Name character transfered : 巨大的坦克-uwowx100

Here is the proof of what I am saying, as you can see my bagnon addon can confirms that I had 530k gold on 巨大的坦克 before the transfer and you can see I have less than 10k now on my transfered character in the x100 :

I just want my gold back in the x5 server, whatever the character. I know we can't trade between x5 and x100 so it'd be the same for gold.

This is a mistake from me but I hope you can help me, please.

Hello! When transferring, there is a limit on the amount of gold transferred. There is no error here, so we cannot return anything to you.
