Wrong buy

Hello. On 07.09.2024 with my warrior by mistake with donation points i bought "race change" but i wanted to buy "faction change" so i could change my dwarf warrior into Mag'gar orc. Is it possible to get refund on those points so i can buy "factoin change"? Thank you in advance.

Hello. Did you use the race change or is it hanging in the character menu? If you didn't use it, please tell me what's your realm?

Unfortunately, I used it. I play on Legion x5. After i bought "race change" and noticed that i cant change my dwarf into horde (mag'har orc) i realised my mistake. I still have donation points, can you deduct the difference on the prices so i can change to Mag'har?

I don't understand you. What exactly did you do? Did you change the name of your character and complete the race change?

Why the race change isn't hanging in your character menu if you realized your mistake and pressed "Cancel"?
