after hitting " enter world " button game close itself

greetings
I didn't see this kind problem before if anybody have knowledge please share

issue :
- after sing up to game i am able to see character (not all off them visible)
- when i choose one of them and try to login game without warning or any error close itself
- its happend x100plus realm at first couple weeks back and fixed itself magically during that time i was enter x100 or x5
- now i can't enter any realm
