Hello, My ingame username is Vaxual with same registeration email as the one in this forum. my account from legion 100x had around 13 characters which all have been deleted and also i had over 500 ingame tokens which all have been drained as well. i have never shared my login info and this should be clear if my login IPs can be checked or sth. i just logged ingame to see everything is gone. is there anything that you can help me with? i even use a strong password based on security stuff. i do still have my logins and i have since changed my passoword

Also my account had decent number of materials and gold mainly on the monk character, is there anyway to check where those have been sent to since it should be around the time my characters have been all deleted, perhaps to recover them or simply just ban the receiver. this is a speculation that they have stole everything in characters too

Hello. Only donation items can be restored. Unfortunately, we do not restore characters or any other items/currency that were stored on them. The security of your account, your characters, and everything stored on them is the player's responsibility.
