BM Hunter artifact quest

I recently leveled a hunter and got my first artifact weapon as survival without any issues, but when I tried to do the Beast Mastery quest, during the quest: Stolen Thunder, after reaching the location of the quest shield's rest, first of all no scenario starts which is different from youtube videos I watched to figure out this problem. beside that when I go through the location and defeat warlord volund and prustaga steals the weapon and mimiron is supposed to teleport us to Ulduar, no teleportation happens. I did this 4 different times with the same result, clicking on the teleport pad, standing on it nor interacting with the npc does anything.
