Establish of your garrishon quest

I love wow content, willingly to do all of it for fun and stuff, i find this bug with quest Establish of your garrishon quest end
already finish all the quest, garrishon established and i only need to report to the npc to complete the quest,
funny thing is i cant find this npc, and my garrishon is empty
can u help me to fix this bugs
