Help with Hellfire Citadel

Hello, i've recently tried running HFC but i can't manage to pass the first boss. I've spent a solid 30mins shooting the gate, but it won't break.
Am i doing something wrong here? Is the raid just bugged?
I've also seen people with achievements from HFC running around.
Hope someone helps.

Hello. If you find a bug in the game, then you should contact the bug tracker - http://tracker.legionbugs.com/view_all_bug_page.php. Testers will check and if the bug is confirmed, they will transfer it to the developers for fixing.
