How do I return a item purchased from donation?

I purchased item=151957, Ishkar's Felshield Emitter, thinking I could use it in PVP. However, the bonus on the item does not work in PVP. I would like to return it. How do I do that?

It was marked as returnable.

No, that's normal procedure for returning occasional missclick (only within 5 days from donation and only 1 item) or not working items.

Returnable items are usually returned with the help of special vendor (succubus) that takes 30% fee for return.
