I cannot connect to the server . Please HELP

I need help and I don't know how to contact the administrators or technical support. I created an account yesterday to play on the leguiox100 server and everything went well, but when I disconnected and tried to connect again today, I can't. I enter all my credentials correctly, but it won't let me into the game. I thought the servers were down, but my friends can play. I can't access the character list. I checked my account and it doesn't have any problems. What can I do?.The first few times I tried, it showed me the server list after I entered my credentials, but when I selected a server, it took me back to the game's home screen instead of letting me see the character list. Now it just keeps connecting and doesn't do anything else. I live in the US. I really want to play on your servers. Thank you very much in advance and for your patience. Regards

Hola, necesitas cambiar tu punto de entrada e ir al mundo proxy. Este es el mismo mundo que el principal, creado para estabilizar la conexión y el ping.
