"MARQUEE BINDINGS OF THE SUN KING" (MAGE WRIST LEGENDARY) BUG

i was looking at my mage and i noticed that something is not working like it should, seems like wrist/leggendary proc, it dessapear and "convert" into a "streak proc"/instant proc making we dont have to cast full pyroblast.

i attach one video, then u can see what i mean, would be cool if i can get any reward for report this situation. Thanks
