My Helmet from previous thread

I donated and bought the legendary helmet "Saruan's Resolve" on my level 101 prot paladin and the server crashed, when I log back in my helmet is gone and I didn't get refunded the credits? Please help!

My legendary helmet from the previous thread was restored, but it requires 110 to use??? Please fix this issue seeming how ALL legendaries require level 101 to use. Thanks!
