Problem with the second artefact

Hello,

It won't let me take the quest to get the second artifact, I don't have the quest in the quest log but the NPC doesn't give it to me...

The quest is called "a second legend" and is supposed to be given to you by "Alonsus Faul", the quest ID according to wowhead is 43935.

I don't know how to do it, I need help.
