Quest Summoner Morn can't be completed

Hello,

Realm: Legion x100
Char Name: keiser63 (Shaman)
Issue: Quest Summoner Morn, part of the Shaman Questline can't be completed.
1. Click the available missions.
2. Select the mission.
3. Select the correct follower and click Start.
4. Mission does not start. Stays in the Available missions menu.

Please fix the bug so i can continue the questline.
