Refund an item

Bought Warglaives of Azzinoth (Right) and and it was for the wrong side and asked for a refund and i have waited for over 1-2 weeks now

About Azinoth blades, it's an original model. On this add-on they look like this.

Yeah i know, i tried to get the right Warglaive so it doesnt look bad on my back, but i took the wrong one. Just asking if you can remove my Warglaive (right handed version) and give me the left version instead, asked about this for 2 weeks now
