Hello. Not everything is refundable. Transmog is not refundable for example.

English please. Full refund usually is used only in cases of missclick ocasional donation for 1-2 items if it's not transmog or relics or something like that. If you have a mount in backpack and it was donated by accident - I can help with it.

Some other items like actual for Legion equipment can be returned for 70% of spent tokens to the special vendor in capitals.
