As we know the 2T20 effect of Marksman hunter’s is “Releasing two consecutive aimed shots will increase your critical damage by 10% for 6 seconds”.(Spell id 242243)
The 2T20 effect should be maintain when player release two or more consecutive aimed shots.
But in the game, it will not be continued until I got four consecutive aimed shots.
