Hello,
I would like to request a refund for the tokens I spent while trying to apply a transmogrification to the item Glaive monster red flame (left hand dagger).
I am playing an Outlaw Rogue, which can only use swords, not daggers. Despite this, the transmog NPC allowed me to proceed, and I spent tokens on an item that my character cannot use. Additionally, I am unable to use it even with the custom transmogrifier.
Because of this, I ended up spending tokens without any usable result. I kindly ask you to review my case and, if possible, refund the tokens I used.

Hello. TMOG works. It's done through a dedicated NPC.

1) The artifact goes in the first bag slot.
2) The customization item (a donation item) goes in the second bag slot.
3) And then the TMOG is done.
You might need to disable add-ons like the Begon for bags. TMOG can only be done through a specific NPC.

I already tried it and it didn't work, that's why I'm asking if you could help me with the refund of the tokens. I'm sure it's because the outlaw doesn't use "daggers" and only uses swords, it won't let me transmogrify, and well, I don't play assassination.

Hello. We don't return transmogrification items. The only condition for a return is if the character can't use them. This item is usable by a rogue. A GM will contact you in-game and show you how.

It doesn't matter what you use. All three Rogue specializations can use the item. Here's a video showing how to do it without any problems.

Conditions:
1) It must be in the specialization for which the tmog is being made (so the character can equip the artifact).
2) The artifact must be in the first slot.
3) The item of the type you want to use must be in the second slot.
4) All bag add-ons must be disabled.
