Tokens mistakenly used!

I have been searching for an axe transmog for my Demon Hunter as I like to do old content and make cool outfits. I found an axe that looked interesting and saw that it was 200-300 something tokens I dont remember. exactly the amount but I am sure you can see the transaction? So I was curious how much the tokens are in real money and I thought that if i press buy it will send me to the website and I will quickly get an idea of how much is to buy. I was not aware that I had tokens. Is it possible to get the tokens back? Otherwise I have something else in mind to buy with the tokens. I still have 204 and maybe I can get a mount or the daggers of azzinoth, something that I cant aquire by farming or questing.

What I purchased is Oronaar Miner's Pickaxe (red one), my characters name is Sethari from the realm x100.

Hello. Are you sure you purchased this item? Your logs show no donations on your account. If you're sure, please provide a screenshot of the item in your bag and a screenshot of the store or vendor where you purchased it. Perhaps you specified the wrong character.

Hello, yes I did purchase it from the appearance page with tokens I see that the colour variations cost 396 tokens. I did not make any donations yet but I assume the tokens are gathered from months ago when we still received weekly tokens for playing. Anyway, the item was not received in my bag, it instantly showed in my appearance list. Here is a photo with the item in question, I did not farm this item, I did what I said my my first message. I understand you can't see any donations on my account as I have not made any yet but can you not see the token transaction? Anyway, once i receive my tokens which I earned when I first started playing months ago, I plan to donate and buy a mount.

You are saying you will not refund my tokens? If you see all token transaction regardless of how I gained them, but you donțt see this transaction, then it is not on my end. Please find a resolution to this.

Yes, I can confirm that we won't refund the tokens. We've already found the transaction, but the item itself isn't refundable. The problem is that we can't refund all items. Transmogrification items are one of them, as there's no way to verify whether the appearance was used. We can't take a player's word for it; unfortunately, there are a lot of dishonest players who want to profit from this. They buy transmogrification items, use them on their own items, and then refund them. The end result is that you can get tokens and the appearance on the item. Since we can't verify this, we don't refund such transactions.

I'm glad you can confirm and that you found the transaction now. What do you mean there is no way to verify whether the appearance was used? I did this last night, when was I supposed to use it? The moment it happened, I contacted a GM and he redirected me to this forum. Dishonest it's what is happening now to be fair.

You have the time and date of the transaction, and I immediately posted the thread. Thus, the team can verify that I did not use the item/transmogify for months and then I decided to ask for a refund.

I would ask one more time to consider my situation.

What do you mean there is no way to verify whether the appearance was used? I did this last night, when was I supposed to use it?

That means that GM can't verify if the appearance was used. He has no commands to do it. Verifying it through developers will cost server several times more than amount of tokens for this item.

That is why in some cases we help players with their mistakes, when developer needs only to return item and tokens and refuse when developer needs to spend time significant amount of time for mistake correction.
