i asked a friend how many characters he got transferred and he said 3, for me i got 2 transferred already but the 3rd isn't which it was my first character that i tried to transfer before i get my 2 other characters here, but still yet everytime i create a transfer for my main character it's a denial without an answer or why it is denied even my character is in the bank. i'm waiting for any answer guys and thank you for help in advance
