Im new to this server,
From the start, I tried to enter the x100 realm, but I am unable to enter any character there - for around 2 minutes im stuck on loading screen (progress bar freezes as shown on image) and then im returned to character menu with message "World server is down".
This issue does not exist on any of the other realms - x3, x5, Fun.
I made a few tickets to ask for help from customer support, but none of the suggested solutions worked for me.
What I tried:
- Creating a new character on the x5 realm and transferring to the x100 realm
- Renamed/deleted Cache, WTF, Interface folders
- Corrected (unstucked) to hearthstone/graveyard every character on the realm from the site
- Used "Cleaning and checking the game files" option from the launcher
- Starting the game from launcher or from the other 2 exe files in the game directory (UWow.exe, UWow-64.exe)
- Re-downloaded the entire client a few days ago
- Both "login.uwow.biz" and "login.uwow.biz:1119" as Set portal values in the UWow.wtf file
I also went through the log files searching for anything suspicious and inside Client.log (attached entire file to this post) file I saw lines when trying to enter a character on the x100 realm:
