Wrong item.

Hello, on Legion x100 plus Season yesterday i bought Blade of Northern Kings, and i kinda don`t really enjoy how it works with armors available to me, could i get please change of it while its not so long time gone?
Character - Berserk
Realm - Legion Plus x100 Season
Item - Blade of Northern Kings(Two Handed sword)
Exchange to - Shalamayne(Two Handed Sword)

Hello. Unfortunately, I can't help you. We only refund items if the player made a mistake when purchasing. This means a miss-click. Changing your mind, not liking the look, and other reasons are not considered grounds for a return. Also, transmogrifiable items are only refundable if the player is unable to use them.

I understand, but would be great also sometimes so help when ppl donate quite often. Just didnt want to lie about wrong click.

Thank you for being honest. But in your case, the big problem is that it's a transmogrification item. We don't have the functionality to check whether a transmogrification was used. And manually checking this for every player is impossible. So even if you had told us about a missclick, we wouldn't have been able to help you.

its regular item, not something dissapears after using

and it doesnt save in collections, since can use it only at custom transmoger

If a player uses an item, that is, trances his weapon, and we make a refund, then the trance on the weapon will remain

But what for asking change? Trans will not remain with new trans, players using only 1 weapon in legion, dont think u can use somehow transed arti wepon to trans other weapons
